Care Your Kitchen Knife

Kitchen knife to the woman not more foreign objects, especially mothers who loves to cook. Kitchen knives have many functions once to cut chilli, onion, brambang, meracik spice and Christmas cake cutting. Kitchen knife would be one of the tools needed for cooking.

Hygiene and sterile kitchen knife is important that the cake flavor and cut with a kitchen knife more sterile from germs. Cleanliness is very important because the kitchen knife if the blade is clean then the food will be clean and safe from germs and bacteria that can cause body aches.

Blunt knife is a frustrating time to be cutting the cake, immediately teaser last blunt knife with knife sharpener. Rusty knife should not be used because it contains a lot of bacteria and germs that stick, so when used for cutting herbs and germ cake will stick to the cake. You can do simple ways to treat a kitchen knife.

How to care your kitchen knife?
  • Make sure the you are using a sterile blade when cutting chilies, onions, spices and cakes, because the blades are sterile protected from germs that cause body aches.
  • Save your knives in a safe, clean, cool and dry place, protected from dirt on the blade.
  • Do not use a kitchen knife to cut the other objects outside the kitchen, for example cut the rope, cut tree limbs, mowing the lawn, etc..
  • If the blade is dull should be sharpened with a knife sharpener, a dull knife will be hard to use to cut the spice and cake.
  • Rusty knife should not be used to cut food, because the blade is rusty unsterile many germs and bacteria attached. Rusty knife should be discarded or used for gardens.
  • Be careful when using a knife, if exposed to the skin will cause scratches and torn.
